“Our Process (what we do differently)”

1) Inspect & test: note stains, prior sealer, drainage; quick porosity test.

2) Clean & open joints: gentle surface clean; open joints to ~1–1.5 in or ≥⅔ paver thickness.

3) Dry-down: allow full dry time so sand and sealer cure correctly.

4) Polymeric re-sand: compact with a urethane-padded plate; top off to ~⅛″ below chamfer; proper mist activation.

5) Seal (2 light coats): spray + back-roll for even build; breathable, natural-to-satin finish by default.

We never market “plant-safe chemicals.” We protect landscaping with shielding, smart rinsing, and controlled application.

“What you can expect”

• Cleaner color with enhanced contrast (without plastic gloss unless you want it)

• Joints that resist wash-out and weed intrusion

• No puddled sealer or whitening from trapped moisture

• Clear post-care: sprinkler hold-off, cure windows, and maintenance

Repairs & Problem Solving

Rust, efflorescence, tannins, oil—treated with the right chemistry before we ever seal.

Q: How long before I can walk or drive on sealed pavers?
A: Light foot traffic in 2–6 hours depending on weather; vehicle traffic after 24–48 hours. We’ll confirm cure times on site.

A: You choose the finish. Our default is a breathable, natural-to-satin look with the right traction. High-gloss is available if requested.

Q: Do you re-level sunken areas?
A: We can quote minor lift and reset work; larger base repairs are evaluated case-by-case.
