\User Data Deletion Instructions

Bluffton Soft Wash Company provides internal tools that may connect to Facebook/Meta to support publishing content to our Facebook Pages.

How to request deletion

If you want us to delete data associated with your Facebook account that was processed through our app, please submit a request using one of the methods below:

Option 1 (emai)

Subject: Data Deletion Request

Include:

1) Your full name

2) The email address associated with your Facebook account

3) The Facebook Page name(s) connected through the app (if applicable)

4) A brief description of what you want deleted (e.g., access tokens, connection records, scheduled post logs)

Option 2 (written request)

What data we delete

Upon verification, we will delete or anonymize, as applicable:

- Stored Facebook/Meta access tokens and Page connection records

- Internal user account record for the app (if applicable)

- Scheduled post records and publishing logs associated with your account, unless we must retain certain records for legal, security, or operational reasons

Verification

To protect your information, we may request additional details to verify you are the account holder before processing the deletion.

Timing

We typically complete deletion requests within 7–30 days depending on the scope of the request.
